Mr. Lateef Salaam, the Chief Press Secretary to the chairman of Ifako Local Government Area, Mr. Lateef Salaam, has blamed the slow pace of work at James Street and Ishaga market all in Iju axis of the LGA on what he called “community litigation.”

This he said while reacting to our story on the stoppage of work on the two projects titled ” Ifako/Ijaiye chairman must read this.”
Hear him: “Good day.
Construction projects sometimes come with community litigations, which later disrupt the time frames.
We could only plead that just as the Executive Chairman had completed lots of other major projects within just two years in office, all these will not be an exemption.”
The two projects are some of the ongoing projects in Iju.
