” It has been long in coming,” Femi said when asked how long he had been on the project. This was when this writer visited him in December 2021. Then, the studio that is sitting on top of one of the five buildings on the one acre of land that is his private home was still work in progress.

Last Friday, this writer was there again to interview Yeni, his elder sister. And after the chat, we requested to see the studio again and pronto, Yeni worked on her phone and Made showed up to take us round the studio. And this time, it is a finished project, which Made said was the place he and his father recorded their forthcoming albums. That will be another story for another day!
Hear him, ” I and my dad have recorded our forthcoming works here. The place is now a finished job unlike the last time you came.”
Yes, a 32 tracks studio situated a top one of the bungalows that ought to have been that of Femi’s late younger sister, Sola, who died weeks after Fela Anikulapo’s death.
Watch out for the Yeni’s interview right here.
Below are picture from the studio.
:Parting words from Made as we conclude the facility tour. ” I am not sure if the studio will remain a private one for me and my dad only or it will be thrown open for members of the public, that remains a decision to be taken later.”
