After I hosted Ken Caleb Olumese to my own version of his Grand House Reception @ Ikeja Central Hotel where I was GM, he requested I come to his club THE COLLISEUM for my membership card.
I had hoped he would just hand me the card at his small cubicle at the entrance. The COLLISEUM had a better package. I was dazed, cameras clicking, crowd clapping, loud ovation, super celebrity treatment.
Ehi Braimah, President, Glamour Boys of Nigeria, presented the card in a small envelope. It was a Gold Card of the COLLISEUM. Priced procession.
He did the same when he invited me to be a member of the RESOURCE TEAM of the GRAND HOUSE RECEPTION of the COLLISEUM. Rather than just hint me he sent me a formal letter on his company letterhead duly signed by him to my residence on Seriki Aro Avenue Ikeja then. Who wouldn’t feel honoured.
