FOR THE RECORD: The Tinubu-led administration is handling the ongoing construction of the 700km Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway from 3 points simultaneously.
At the moment work is going on on 167km of the whole stretch.
The first section of the first phase (30km of the 47km, from Ahmadu Bello Way in Lagos to Lekki Deep Seaport) was commissioned yesterday by the President, while the remaining 17km is currently being sandfilled.
The second section (57km, from Lekki Deep Seaport to Ogun State) is progressing rapidly.
… Ajayi is a presidential aide.
The last section, which is Section 3 (65km, spanning Cross River and Akwa Ibom states) also commenced in April this year.
This is to educate those saying only the 30km from Victoria to the Eleko Village in Lagos is being done.
