Dangote Refinery has described the directives of PENGASSAN to its affiliate branches to cut off crude and gas supply to the refinery as ‘PENGASSAN and it’s lawlessness’ directive.
The refinery said this in a statement signed by its management and made available to the media.
It said that the directive is brazen and shocking as it smacks of criminality as no law no law gives the union the right to do so.
