Why you must drink plenty of water

WATER IS NOT JUST WATER AND DEHYDRATION IS DESTROYING MORE LIVES THAN SICKNESS

This why you MUST drink water and less of minerals or soda because the body walks on water

People drink:

Coke, malt, zobo, juice, Sweetened yoghurt, energy drinks,

tea and coffee…

…and proudly say:

“I drink plenty liquid.”

But here is the uncomfortable truth:

Liquids are not water. And your body cannot use drinks the way it uses water.

Most people walking around shouting:

“My head is paining me”

“My chest is tight”

“My joints are stiff”

“My BP is rising”

“I’m always tired”

“I feel dizzy”

“My heart is skipping”

…are simply DEHYDRATED: a silent emergency your body has been begging you to fix.

You’re not cursed.
You’re not bewitched.
You’re just DRY on the inside.

And dry things crack, burn, and malfunction.

LET ME BREAK IT DOWN

  1. The body is 60–70% water not juice, not tea, not carbonated drinks

Every organ in your body depends on water, not beverages.

Your:

brain is 75% water

blood is 83% water

lungs are 90% water

muscles are 75% water

joints are lubricated by water

cells run on water

kidneys filter with water

skin glows with water

So every time you replace water with “liquid,” you’re starving your organs.

Child-friendly analogy:

Imagine a car engine that needs oil.
If you pour Soda inside, will the engine work?
No.
Because the engine ONLY understands oil.

Your body ONLY understands water.

  2. Palpitations: Low magnesium + dehydration = heart struggling to stabilize rhythm.
  3. Fatigue: Your cells can’t produce energy without water.
  4. Constipation:Your intestines need water to move waste.
    Without it, everything becomes stone-like.
  5. Mood swings & irritability: Dehydration increases cortisol (stress hormone).
    That’s why you feel overwhelmed by small issues.

Your body can’t regulate temperature without water.

Drinks DEHYDRATE you they don’t hydrate you

a. Soft drinks

Contain sugar that pulls water OUT of your cells.
This is called osmotic dehydration (sugar drags water away, making you even drier).

b. Coffee and tea: Are diuretics (they make you urinate more). So you lose more water than you gain.

c. Alcohol: Blocks anti-diuretic hormones (your body cannot hold water).That’s why people pee continuously after drinking.

d. Sweetened Zobo, juice, malt: Have sugars and acids that create more dehydration.

e. Energy drinks: Stress your adrenal glands, increase cortisol, raise inflammation, and dry your cells further.

Water is like rain.
Drinks are like paint.
You can pour rain on a plant and it will grow.
But if you pour paint, the plant will die even though paint is also liquid.

  1. Your kidneys silently cry when you don’t drink water

Kidney stones form when:

*minerals inside your urine become concentrated,
*there isn’t enough water to dissolve them.

Dehydration thickens your blood.
Your kidneys must work extra, extra hard.

Over many years, this leads to:

*high creatinine
*chronic kidney disease

Most of these are not village people.
They are water deficiency diseases.

Water is the cheapest detox yet the most ignored

People buy:

detox teas

skinny teas

weight-loss tea

“fat burner juice”

cleansing herbs

…but refuse to drink basic water that:

flushes toxins
thins the blood
helps the liver work
reduces inflammation
balances electrolytes
supports the immune system

Detox is not in expensive products.
Detox is in hydration pattern.

  1. Dehydration affects your hormones: Your hormones float inside your bloodstream.
    If your blood is thick from dehydration, hormones can’t move freely.

This leads to:
PMS
irregular cycles
mood swings
poor ovulation
stress response
sleep problems

Most hormonal problems are WATER problems before they become medical problems.

The body hydrates best with:

  1. 300–500 ml water first thing in the morning
  2. Frequent small sips during the day
  3. Water 30 mins before meals

This is how your cells stay alive.

The greatest health lie is that “any liquid is hydration.”

No.
