This is one of the infrastructure Sen.(Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, the immediate past governor of Delta State, who wanted to be the Vice President of Nigeria passed on to the new governor of the state, Rt. Hon. Sheriff OBOREVWORI.
The school, which sources said was built in 1980 through communal effort has been like that ever since. It has never seen any government intervention since; even the few academic staff in the school are at the expense of the town’s Development union.
Is this this not a shame in a state where petrol dollar flows freely?
