Otumu
It was indeed a momentous occasion for Naija News managing director, Mr. George Otumu and others as they were formally conferred with their honorary PhD by Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development Leadership, the representative of Crown University Delaware.
The event which attracted a huge entourage from the Cross Rivers State also saw the Chief of Staff to the state governor smile home with honorary degree.
The occasion took place at Gallery Hall beside the University of Lagos Guest House last Saturday. The event also saw the induction of new members into into CEPRO.
Top members of the media were also hand to witness the occasion and rejoice with one of their own, Mr. Otumu who had worked in so many media houses in Nigeria before re-locating to America years ago.
