Twice he has tried to contest for Governorship of Edo state, and both times he did not succeed. But he has not given up. He is stretching his faith and preparing to dig in once again. And why not, he is a pastor, a faith teacher. what will he tell his members on Tuesday’s Faith clinic about faith and obstacles if he gives up midway? He knows too well the teaching about the mustard seed. And his faith is obviously bigger than a mustard seed. So he should know that whatever mountains stand in his way can be tossed into the sea. Pastor Osagie Ize – Iyamu understands what I mean if you don’t.
For Pastor Osagie Ize- Iyamu at sixty plus seeking the office of Governor is not because he needs power or seeks to amass material things. He has been tremendously blessed. He has been in government. He has served as Chief of Staff and Secretary to Edo state Government.

Make things right. He looks from the sidelines and sees many things wrong, and he needs just one shot.To be in charge to turn things around for the people of Edo State for good.

Edo state is presently at a cross-roads. There has been no noticeable progress. The hopes of the people in government has continuously been dashed. Those in charge of the affairs of state are fighting among themselves and the grass suffers when the elephants do battle.
Edo is a an oil rich state that wallows in lack. The problems of Edo are glaring and I will attempt to lay it bear.

He had a printed and bound handbook where he has listed his marshall plan for Edo state from the first day he is voted into office. He always says, “hold me responsible if I do not do what is contained in this hand book”
