On security, during the train station attacks in Ubiaja and Igueben, Mr. Philip Shaibu, as acting governor, mobilized state security chiefs, other apparatus and successfully rescued the victims. Within his acting period, he undertook a bold initiative and redesigned the security architecture of the state for effective delivery. This effort significantly reduced challenges posed by kidnappers and indeed, the farmer/ herdsmen clashes became a thing of the past.
