Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, executive chairman of Aniocha South Local Government in Delta State, has congratulated Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala on her reappointment as Director General World Trade Organization (WTO) for a second term.
Expressing delight on her reappointment, Chukwunwike said it has brought honour to Aniocha South communities. Okonjo-Iweala is from the royal family of Ogwashi-Uku, headquarters of Aniocha South council.

In his message, Chukwunwike urged her to surpass her previous achievements while calling on her to remember her ancestral root – Aniocha South.
Chukwunwike noted that Dr. Okonjo-Iweala’s re-election to the prestigious position is a testament to her hard work as a global asset, economist, astute technocrat and public figure with an outstanding trait of sterling leadership credentials.

Her remarkable commitment to addressing the economic and health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic is truly inspiring. “On behalf of my family, the government and people of Aniocha South local government area, I proudly congratulate Dr. Okonjo-Iweala for the pride, goodwill and honour she has brought to Nigeria and Africa today in the global arena”, Chukwunwike said.
